Shanghai Airlines Travel Hotel – Hotel near airport in Shanghai

The hotel has several USB plugs in the well-equipped rooms, but cleanliness was an issue as the floors were very dirty. While some visitors may not be used to this in Chinese hotels, I felt uncomfortable touching the floor without shoes.

The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service but lacks in cleanliness and room quality. The staff, although helpful with transportation, are not proficient in English. The location is close to the airport but lacks easy access for taxis. The European breakfast is decent, and the facilities need improvement.

The hotel rooms were surprisingly in good standard, better than anticipated, and offered great value for the money. However, the rooms were unpleasantly filthy, smelly, and required shoes due to the dirtiness of the floors.

I stayed at this hotel recently. The room was adequate for the price, but it had some cleanliness issues with a filthy and smelly carpet that seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. However, the bedding was clean, which was a plus.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not even clean, and the carpet needed cleaning, which made it hard to sleep despite having air conditioning. The non-smoking room had a faint smell of cigarette smoke on the towels. On the bright side, the room itself was fine and clean.
